Question No device detected in SamFW FRP tool

Hi,

I am trying to change my CSC of my s23 Ultra for enable call recording.

I have installed Samsung Android USB Driver from developer.samsung.com and download SamFW FRP tool from office website. Which is latest version.

When i connect my device with pc my device is not detected in Samfw tool. But adb detected.
I have enable developer mode and debugging mode. Try with another pc, change Cable, change usb port but no luck.

What is the issue and how can i fix it?

Update: i found solution. I select device as "File Transfer" and my PC detected.

Successfully change CSC.

I am facing the same issue for my s24 U, tried to change the option to file transfer but still no device detected, any one has any clue?

I had same issue with Windows 11 ARM but I reinstalled Samsung drivers and second time it did work. But when you install Samsung drivers leave phone connected to PC.
