MY SAVES ARE GONE!
I relaunched the game after the update and it only gives me an option to start a new game! What's going on???

Edit: This happened after getting a BLUE SCREEN of death while loading a level. Apparently this is a known issue!

My game don´t even start, hit play button on steam, nothing happens

This is happening to me after the update. Was working just fine before updating, but now when I click play, Steam just says no. Kind of lame.

thank you for the info, for the rest of us, you can backup yours saves -- they are located in the User/Documents/StellarBlade

Works fine for me. Just updated and started my file with no issues.

You guys had modded games or anything?

Mine is the same now

EDIT

figured it out, its UE4SS. for now if you disable it by removing/renaming SB\binaries\Win64\dwmapi.dll
the game will start. obviously any mods that require UE4SS will stop working

No problems on my end, just update and tested, save still there

Just for precaution save file location is appdata/local/SB

Saves are not located in the Documents folder, that is just the steam cloud reference file. Backup that as well if you want, but the actual save is at AppData\Local\SB\Saved\SaveGames\<user-id>

EDIT: Game launches and plays fine for me. Save data still there. No mods.

Yeah it was the mods. Im surprised the game won't start because I added creases to the original suit.

If your game doesn't boot remove UE4SS by deleting dwmapi.dll from StellarBlade\SB\Binaries\Win64
